Custom Invitation Suite

I love to do custom work for my clients!  And yes, I will do any kind of invitation (birthday, anniversary, corporate event, etc).  A completely custom suite takes anywhere from 3-8 months, depending on the complexity of the design.  I work very hard to give my clients their perfect invitation, and will do everything I can to make it a stress-free experience for you.  My process is outlined below.  If it sounds exciting to you, please contact me!

Consultation

The first step is a completely free consultation.  You’ll tell me about yourself, your event, and your thoughts and ideas for your invitations.  I’ll ask some questions and give you some possibilities for your suite.  I will also give you an estimate for pricing.

Purchasing

If you decide to purchase my services, I ask for 30% of the estimate to start the process.

Design Process

After the down payment, I’ll start work on your set!  The design process will take about 1-3 months and we’ll have 2-4 additional consultations during that time.  We’ll make decisions about the theme, colors, fonts, sizes, formats, and how many pieces you require.  During this process, you’ll pay an additional 30% of the estimate (60% total).

Proofing Process

When we have a design you love, I’ll send you a proof of your set.  If changes are needed, I’ll send additional proofs until we have your perfect invitation!

Printing and Shipping

Before we go to print, I’ll send you the final cost and you’ll pay the remainder (100% total).  I’ll print your invites and send them tracked and insured via FedEx.  You should get your invites in 1-2 weeks (longer for international shipments).
